Since 2005, Roland A. Roth has been working as a game leader/coach for the association wirtschafts-bildung.ch for 1–3 weeks each year. During these project weeks, high school students and apprentices take over the management of a production company. The aim is to learn practical business management skills through simulation.

and support the biodiversity of our environment. With every client mandate, we plant a tree locally. Our partner Almighty Tree 1723, Marly – cares for the young forest with qualified forestry organizations in Switzerland. Each tree provides an active habitat for about 1’000 living creatures.
In addition, this reduces around 1,820 kg of CO2 over the entire life of the tree – our tree plantings currently generate a reduction of around 140 tons of CO2 over the entire life of the trees.
